Awful experience and awful customer service, had food delivered and the items wasn't placed in the bag correctly, spilling contents all over other items, driver was extremely helpful but David on the phone was a nightmare, his customer service was awful, we call the takeaway and explain what had happened, David said he would send out replacement food, after twenty minutes he called again asking what had happened to which we explained again he said he'll replace the rice but the other food would of gone cold by then so he said he would replace it all, after another ten minutes he called us again saying "we can't be bothered and have refunded back to the card" also said "we should be happy with that and the kitchen was closed" so we're without food and had an awful experience, the driver was the only person who cared but the restaurant staff was a nightmare, never use if you want to be spoken to like an idiot.
