Happy Dumpling

Terrible service. So the last time I ordered I had to wait 2.5hrs despite being told it would be an hour. I thought Id give them the benefit of doubt and ordered again. What a mistake. I was assured I wouldnt have to wait longer than an hour. After 1.5hrs I rang, was told it would be another half hour. After 2 hrs I rang again and was told the order hadnt even made it to the kitchen and would be another 45 mins. No apology so I cancelled the order. Waiting 3 hours is not acceptable. The driver told me its because they let walk ins take precedence over deliveries. Clearly they dont value regular customers and it looks like they are losing them left right and centre.

Was lovely as always, wouldnt order anywhere else. Staff are very polite and the foods yummy very happy with it!

Cannot believe the attitude of the staff. Wanted to watch the football over serving customers. Disgusting attitude. Just lost a customer and I will be sharing this with people to let them know how disgusting you are. Well done!
