Absolutely mortified!!!! A toenail was found in the pancake roll that my pregnant partner ate. I've ordered from here before with no issues but I will never ever be going back here and this place should get shut down. There is no way on earth someone should be biting their nails in the work place especially when handling food. I will be taking this up with food safety. I'm absolutely mortified!! You can literally see the food debris on the nail

There is lots of CCTV. One by the fryer, one by the every each work and one by the store room and dinner room. The boss told the driver and some of the staff off.

1 star for the rice...apart from.that i had delivery of the worst Chinese I've ever had! 3 different sauces all luke warm and a large fat rim around them in the pots, chicken balls running with grease and wet inside, plain chow mein was just noodles no beansprouts, cooked in dirty fat obviously as they were dark brown and so compressed that I had to slice rather than dish out soft bouncy noodles. On phoning to complain I was offered a 20% on my next order. There will be no next order PS had to wait over an hour for delivery too

Disappointed to find, yet again, card machine broken, cash only . This seems to happen a lot since covid. Advised that there was cashpoint on pavement opposite but it charges you for withdrawals, odd
