        Horrible customer service, why are people uncontrollably rude for no reason, didn't even get a chance to try the food but certainly won't be trying to again!

        The food was disgusting and tasteless, certainly not restaurant quality. The curry sauce didnt taste like curry and there was no sweet and sour sauce provided with the meal in line with what is advertised on the menu. They provided a substitute soya base sauce which tasted vile. When I questioned this they told me that they had no sweet & sour sauce left. This was my first time here and I wont be going back. If you truly want to Eat Well then stay away from this place. Who is actually preparing the meals in this place? There is no malicious intent towards this takeaway. This review is an honest reflection of the negative service that was provided. It was definitely a soya sauce because that is what you told me on the phone. If you are based in Westcliff then this is definitely the right place, unless you have multiple restaurants in Westcliff, in which case I will amend the review accordingly.
