Food was very good and the place was very busy but the service was good . The only disappointment was I booked it three weeks before and said its a birthday party so I will bring a cake and candle when we got there the guy who met us just told the cake from me and said ok but we didnt get the cake and when I went to pay the bill I asked about the cake and he had just left it at the bar my partner was very upset about this dont think we will go back again .

Been to zen city lots of times and always been happy. However went on a Saturday evening and the service was very slow. Staff came across rude as they were most likely stressed. Left after 1.5 hours as we had only received the starters and no one had come to take our order for mains. People around us were waiting a very long time for their food so we gave up and left after the starters. As well as this the plates on the table were all smudgy and greasy, obviously washed up in dirty water.
