I come Basildon for work and always order from here. I normally order hot peri peri chicken Which Is very tasty. But yesterday ordered Thier gourmet burger, wow genuinely best burger Iv ever had. Friendly staff, but waited very long whilst collecting the order, about 25mins from when I placed it. It's overpriced, especially, the wings. Dont expect Nandos quality, but expect to pay more than Nandos! The peri peri wings aren't full wings as you'd get in Nandos which sell 10 wings for 11.25, I spent 12 on 10 half wings, so basically 5 wings, terrible value. Sadly the taste of the wings aren't nice either, the "hot" marinade is strong and chalky, and the chicken had a "raw chicken" smell. Sadly we won't return. 26+ on 1 kids meal, 1 chicken wrap, 10 wings and 2 drinks.

Dont order from this place. They get your order wrong 3 different times and keep you waiting because theyre so unprofessional that they cant actually get an order right. Ridiculous service.

Terrible service, ordered through uber eats, and they got order wrong. Spoke to a person over the phone, his name was rajis something. Instead of being apologetic, he was just unhelpful. Management needs to teach the workers how to have decent customer service.
