        Health and safety is a joke, continuous blocking in safety restricted fire areas but yet nothing gets done! External areas always filthy and apparently cleaned once every fortnight for over 40 something flats,! You cant park in the private car park as school mums, charity shoppers and local shop parade opposite all use our private car park, continuous black bags, furniture etc all dumped outside the charity shops underneath us, and yet we pay a significant service charge for what! Bloody joke! I could go on and on and on.!,

        Rented a flat from them for just over 11 years, only had one or two issues whilst I was with them and they were sorted out very quickly. Great service and very easy to get hold of which is a good thing when it comes to the people managing the property you are living in.

        Unfortunately my experience of Sorrell is not a good one. They would never deal with issues in the flats Re repairs, security and very slow to react to problems pointed out months earlier. They were not professional and lacked humility. I was left anxious and worried for my safety on numerous occasions due to failure to act promptly
