ALSO UNDER THE NAME OF SOUTHEND BEST CARWASH!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CARWASH! I used this car wash on a day where my car was really quite dirty. It had been used for a fair few motorway journeys which is why It needed a good clean. The board said 22 for everything I wanted, needed and more which included vacuuming and polishing the inside too. I got out of the car whilst they started cleaning inside and couldn't believe how dirty the outside was still , I don't like confrontation but it was so bad I knew I had to say something. However before I did the guy ceaning the inside says to me." I make it very nice for 30' otherwise its 25, I point out that it says 22 on the board and that includes a tyre polish and I only wanted a wash inside and a polish and vacuum. He then becomes very defensive and acts like if i wont pay the 30 he's not going to bother doing a good job, so I tell him the outside is still very dirty and I'm not happy. Firstly he says "well it's dirty" ( errr that's why I've bought my car to a CAR WASH) He then tells me he's not to blame as he does the inside only. I ask to see the boss and he comes over and I show him how dirty it still is so they wash it again....they can not wait to get rid of me and do it quick and then ask for rhe money, I couldn't wait to get out of there so just hand over the money and leave. When I get to a petrol station and look at the outside, it has water streaks and still a dirty grill and the inside cleaning was appalling. I had to by some wipes from the garage and do the inside myself which came up lovely with no effort needed. I would never use this carwash ever again and feel people should avoid at all costs, money grabbing people.
