Toomey Dacia Southend

Service was shocking. When I got home from the service I lifted the bonnet to find the coolant cap resting on top of the coolant. It had not been screwed back. Also I was quoted 761 for a replacement oil cooler. When I took it to another garage they said it is not the the oil Cooler but a leaky temperature sensor. Theyre price to supply and fit. 91. Toomey garage do poor standards of work and try to rip you off!

I have just purchased a new car from this dealership and can not recommend them enough. It went very smoothly from start to finish. Dan Casson who we dealt with throughout the whole process was great and really explained all the options and listened to what we needed and kept us updated. My Wife and I had been looking to replace our family car. Having read reviews I attended our local Dacia showroom. Toomey. They had a good display of all vehicles. I returned a couple of days later with all the children. We were able to sit in and try out the display vehicles. The children and I were made to feel welcome and allowed time to try them out. Ricky OBrien was fantastic and answered all our questions. I had a test drive booked a couple of days later. This was a great chance to try out the Jogger. This did not disappoint. We met with Ricky OBrien again and he was great. There was no hard sell and no presure. My wife and I went away and made the decision to purchase a Jogger. The whole process was smooth and timely. I was kept updated at key times. On the day of collection this was a thing as it was a big purchase and first time buying a new car. All of us went to collect our new jogger. It was ready in a prestige condition. Ricky spent time going through everything. This was a 5 star service. I am confident that Toomey will look after us and meet all our motoring needs.
