        What can I say, if every car sales place was as good as this buying used cars would be easy, charlie is a legend, he went above and beyond to help my daughter with her new beetle, so helpful in every way words cannot describe how grateful and pleased we are with the car. If your gonna buy a used car speak to Charlie.

        A refreshing change of pace from the usual car salesman, Charlie was very helpful and negotiated tough but a fair price for the car I was after, the car was serviced and in honest condition as stated, would recommend only downside and it's not his fault hense why it's not reflected in the stars, is the horrible road to get to his dealership.

        The 1series Coupe was exactly as described over the phone. Charlie certainly knows his BMWs! My son was really pleased with the car and also the way we were made very welcome. Certainly worth the drive up from Devon!
