        Really disappointed, only five minutes of slowly driving, when arrived home it is melted.

        I am disappointed today. I ordered a cake last year, there was no issues. However this year I ordered from uber eats at 3.50. They accepted the order, and then they just cancelled at 4.30. I rang them and they was closed. I was so upset as the cake was for my husbands birthday, and it was meant to be delivered to his work place which is not far from the shop. I had no communication from them what so ever. I couldn't arrange for another cake. Really ruined a birthday. Thank you to the southend branch.

        I bought a cake for someone and 6 cupcakes for my kids on Sunday from Southend on sea branch. When my kids ate the cupcakes they were completely dry, icing was rock hard and it was even dry inside the cakes. Looks like they sold 2-3 weeks old cupcakes to me. Really bad experience. God knows how the cake was as I gave it to someone. How embarrassing it is for us if the cake was the same rocky texture.
