Ordered a cake for my partners 25th birthday and it was no where near what I asked for there was a big lump of icing wrapped round the bottom which looked like a repair, I drove back to my house which was only 20 minute drive the cake where the repair was slid off the top and basically fell to bits and when I messaged to say what had happened i got told that I didnt transport the cake properly! She also said that when I picked it up that I didnt say any of the complaints to her grandmother (who I picked it up off) said I am going to start complaining to the persons nan like its her fault and the only reason I took the cake is because I paid 60 for it and picked it up on my partners birthday so I needed a cake regardless.
