Couldn't attend my booking due to my youngest child waking up very sick this morning. He was supposed to have gone to nursery while I attended the booking with my 5 year old. My booking was 10am-11am. Because I'm a widow and dealing with my children alone, I wasn't able to stop to call them until 10:30am. I was polite and just asked if anything could be done, maybe if it could be rescheduled, and was shouted at by an incredibly rude staff member. I hung up as I'm not going to tolerate being shouted at for asking a question. Not a good first impression and a loss of a 12 booking fee, and a shame because it seemed like it would've been a lovely experience for my daughter.
