This as got to be the worst coach company on the planet. Yesterday 02/11/16 one of their buses was parked at a bus stop in Wickford High Street tapped on the door to ask the driver where he was going to because on the front of his bus it said Wickford High St. The driver looked at me and if looks could kill I would now be dead he would not open the door to see what I wanted he then continued to sit there fo the next halve an hour with his engine running causing absolute chaos other buses could not stop at the bus stop. Phoned their office to make a complaint their excuse was that the driver was on his break at a bus stop I don't so. The woman I spoke to must have went to the same charm school she asked for my number which I gave her so a director would get back to me she asked for my name which I declined where she promptly slammed the phone down I would rather walk than use this company.
