Eurocell Southend

Been there a couple of times for guttering and door locks, helped me out every time and provided the correct advice. Saving time by not ordering the wrong bits elsewhere, quality is in the service sometimes. Would recommend

Very disappointing, I collected some items and was charged 8 extra surcharge? The guy that served me was very helpful however. Then ordered nearly 200 of items to be delivered no surcharge? delivery driver.. great guy same bloke who I collected from at the store. However 1 item was missing ok mistakes happen, I rang the store twice no answer. I rang customer services they asked why I was calling them as its a store issue. Next day rang store twice no answer. Drove to the store said I hadn't received an item and had been ringing but no answer. The response was "we've been busy" then looked at a colleague and asked if he should give me the missing trim! colleague rolled his eyes and said yes. It's a good job I have nothing better to do than to collect a 3 bit of trim because my order was picked incorrectly. I've given 2 stars because the products are excellent, shame the staff are muppets

Helpful staff and a good selection of products, not always fully stocked though.
