Through word of mouth we met and talked to Bradley/SX Builders and gave him all our questions soon agreeing a massive (for us ) project: make two rooms into open-plan, design/fit new kitchen in one, and then convert the current (small) kitchen into a utility room with toilet. Not only a fair price agreed, but the work also scheduled to take place whilst we were on holiday (away from all the noise and mess). Kept in touch by text and video whilst away and agreed any snags/changes from Cyprus(!). Came back to a new kitchen we love and made our own within hours! Bradley had even bought the essentials (tea, coffee, milk, bread, etc) for us without mentioning it! As with any big project there were a couple of "straight-talking moments" (from both sides) - but each time Bradley allowed us to be "partners" rather than "punters". That helps so much! And Bradley has the best "little black book" of great tradespeople we have ever come across so we will make use of Bradley for any/all home needs in future. And - if like us, you have had bad experiences with "trust me" tradespeople, Bradley is a breath of fresh air and can be trusted every step of the way! Paul and Mandy September 2019

Brad and his team did a great job on my new kitchen and bathroom. Despite all the work they still managed to leave me with a working kitchen whichis vital with 2 hungry kids! I also found the guys were very friendly and always remembered to tidy up at the end of each day.
