Terrible workmanship, all residents have had nothing but problems and the community areas also aren't up to scratch. Just had a rainstorm and yet again the skylight in the roof (where there are also flats) has opened in heavy rain. This is a safety feature for fires, meant to open to let smoke out. They obviously didn't do a proper job of waterproofing areas in the roof, as somehow water is getting into the sensor and tripping the opening. This is a worry, because has this caused a problem meaning it won't work if there is a fire?
The lift has also broken for the umpteenth time, we have disabled people and young families here, so that is a massive inconvenience for them.
So if possible, avoid buying any property built by Denmark and White, they're utterly useless.
