This is the second time we have hired Adam and the team, this time for the exterior of the house for both repairs and redecoration. They were neat and tidy, paid attention to detail and worked both within the time frame and the budget. Will definitely use them again and more than happy to recommend Adam for any redecoration / renovation work.

Adam carried out a large renovation project on my house. He was professional, punctual, helpful and considerate. His immediate team were excellent. His work was to the highest quality, and came in at the quoted price. I would definitely use again and would refer him to any friends or family without hesitation.

"I have used Cannon Property Renovations Ltd before, which I think is a good indication of how good they are at what they do. You wouldn't use someone a second time if you weren't pleased with what they did the first time. This time I used them to overhaul my utility room. It was in a very sorry state. Adam and Cliff had to remove everything from the floor up, including three layers of tiles off the walls. One of their colleagues rewired the room, another re-plumbed it and a third re-plastered it. A new latex floor had to be laid and tiled before the units were fitted. I had a specific requirement that all my white goods must fit in, which was awkward with the layout and size of the room. But everything does and I am delighted with the result. All I need to do know is decide on the splash back and how I want it painted and it'll be finished. I would highly recommend Adam and his team. They do an excellent job."

I would highly recommend Cannon Property Renovations Ltd. Adam is very good at what he does and with his colleague Cliff, take time to ensure that the best solution to a problem is found. The problem I had was my shower in my en suite did not drain properly. The problem was the waste pipe was going up hill instead of down. To fix it Adam had to turn the shower 90 degrees and put it on a plinth. To add to the complexity of the job, the room is in the eaves, so the roof slopes and there is not much room. All the old en suite was removed and the new one built from the floor up, with a new shower and sink unit. The floor and walls were tiled and the final touch was the decorating. Adam and Cliff took the time each evening to tidy up, so the impact of the work on us was minimised. We are delighted with our new en suite. It is so smart that it makes the rest of the house look shabby. The quality of workmanship is excellent.
