        Matt is an unprofessional builder. He worked for a day and didn't turn up for next two weeks. After several calls he came in and worked for another day and then no sign of him for another week. Initially the job was agreed for 1500 and he billed me for 3500 because he had to do some additional installation work. For example, he charged me 180 to install a porch light and another 180 for a light switch and the list goes on. When I've asked that these charges are outrageous he said it wasn't quoted in original price and this is his price. He held my keys until payment. I gave him the keys as the house was empty and I had to go to work everyday. He was dishonest and took 1500 more than he should have. However, sometimes karma catches up with you in life when you do things like that. I hope he gets his. Service: Remodeling
