I found the service excellent when buying a vehicle from Fairfield. Unfortunately the service since has been very poor, they seem to go out of their way to be as difficult as possible. It would put me off buying another BMW from them in the future.

Absoulte pleasure getting a brand new BMW m40i from here , I called these guys on the off chance that they had a good car , I'm in Glasgow and the dealers here were giving us a lot of , Jazz and not the good kind by the grace of God I landed with Sofiane what a guy from start to finish he and his team dealt with every email , every phone call with such excellent efficiency I was blown away , I got a great deal , great service , from Sofiane to Nicola from the finance to the young lady who even called me to talk me through all the tech stuff about getting the best from the car. The service and their hospitality is impeccable I will not hesitate to get another car from them and I thank them personally for looking after me and my family and I are over the moon with the stunning car we got.
