Mark visited our house to give us a quotation to make and fit shutters to four windows. Mark was courteous and efficient, explained everything clearly and answered all of our questioned.

I called Premium Shutters and Blinds to ask about a faulty electric blind they fitter more than 5 years ago. The receptionist said an engineer will call and make an appointment. A couple of days later, I was called by Colin to ask if it was convenient to come over. He arrived in less than half hour, replaced the motor and reprogrammed the blind He was polite and very professional. The cost.... nothing! I highly recommend Premium Blinds.

Extensively vouch for this and urge others to do the same. The Company installed the perfect-fit blinds we bought from them in our kitchen and dining area. Incredibly prompt and helpful assistance right off the off! There was a wide variety of options to pick from, and the staff was quite helpful and kind.

The shutters are beautiful and functional. Mark, who came over to install them, was punctual, kind, and pleasant. While we waited, they were being created, and the wait was really worthwhile. I'd confidently refer them to anybody!

*EDIT* Following the reply to my review by Premium Blinds. I've contacted them as they requested, and they have not responded. It is evident that their reply below was to give the impression of complaint resolution to prospective customers. They have had ample time to address this. I have contacted trading standards to pursue this further. ------------------- *ORIGINAL REVIEW* Overall, our experience has been very poor. We paid 2,350 for a powered roof lantern blind, and what we were sold is not what we received. During the sales process we specified multiple times that the essential thing we wanted was no wires across the lantern. Other companies quoted 1,200-1,500 but advised there would be wires showing. So, we went with Premium Blinds because the salesman said there are absolutely no wires showing, everything is built into the surrounding frame and so wires aren't needed to keep the blind tight as it is held in place by the frame. We double and triple checked this with the salesman on the second visit, and again he assured us there would be no visible wires. We went ahead with the purchase putting down a 1,500 deposit and were given a 6-8 week lead time. It took 11 weeks, with us regularly phoning and asking for an update to be told that we would get a phone call the following day; which we never did. There was no proactive communication from Premium Blinds, all of it was reactive, and regularly unhelpful when we phoned. When the blind was installed, the fitter came and told us it was done, and so upon taking a look at the finished work there were several unsightly wires across the length of the lantern. We asked the fitter and explained the sales process conversations we'd had, and he said these cannot be installed without wires, and the salesman shouldn't have told us that. It was also said that the salesman is no longer with Premium Blinds - which doesn't change that we paid for something that was different to what we received - and are now stuck with that. I've since sent a complaint to Premium Blinds over a week ago and had no response. We are genuinely angry, frustrated, and absolutely feel cheated. We have paid 2,350 for something that we didn't want, Premium Blinds have got their money and so as far as they're concerned don't need to address anything. I will be engaging with Trading Standards on this, as this is a completely unacceptable practice, with no acknowledgement from the organisation that they have done anything wrong.
