Pebbles One

I visited here for what I hoped would be a nice lunch overlooking the beach and the pier. The view is great, but the rest is awful. I waited 15 minutes before I finally went inside to see if I could get a menu and was told by a member of staff that someone would be out in a minute. 10 minutes later I went back inside to see what was going on and was told that they were sorry and someone would be straight out, which they were. I ordered a beer, which was eventually plonked on the table, and looked at the menu and waited and waited but nobody came. There were only 2 other tables with customers on, so it was not busy. I finished my beer with still nobody to ask me for my order, so I left. To make matters worse, I stupidly the next morning, went back for breakfast, hoping that it was a poor day on their part, and plus the fact that the view is great. The same thing happened. I sat down and waited and waited, nobody came. I left after 20 minutes and said to the person behind the counter I'm leaving because I cannot get served. To which he said 'I know, I'm sorry'. Nice drinks and great view. No beer on tap though when we came, only bottles
