I recently had my rear wheel buckle on my bike and I was in a bit of a panic. I contacted Richardsons and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were able to complete the repair on the same day. The service I received from them was exceptional. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they kept me updated throughout the repair process. I was impressed with the quality of work that they did. I found that the prices were very reasonable. I feel like I received great value for my money, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of bike repairs. I would give them my highest recommendation. Thanks again for all your help

I have just picked up my new Trek Marlin 5 from Richardsons Cycles and would just like to thank them all and especially Sam for such a great service, from the moment I walked in the shop, to selecting the right bike for me, and despite my reservations as to whether they could do the right bike at the right price I was very pleasantly surprised. Not only did they give me the bike I really wanted at a very good price, but the advice, support and their knowledge is simply something you cannot get online cheap. There's a really good vibe and buzz in the shop with the prevailing attitude being friendly and helpful unlike some large chains of shops where you just don't get this level of service and commitment to you as a customer. They also offer a free of charge after care service of your bike within the first 4 months just to make sure everything is running OK and make any minor tweeks that might be needed. I bought some fresh orange grips and pedals just to jazz up the bike a little and they were able to give me a discount off from the new parts they took off, I really cannot rate this family run friendly business enough. Literally nothing seems like to much to ask with them. On leaving with my new bike Sam continued the excellent service by adding any problems whatsoever just pop back in, as strange as it sounds I didn't just feel like a customer but more like a welcome friend! Thank you all at Richardsons Cycles including the owner who is just one of the team in this shop!

This is my second new bike purchase from the Team at Richardsons Cycles. Both times Ive been blown away by their excellent customer service. Their knowledge is only outweighed by their enthusiasm and dedication to giving the best experience possible for customers. From the initial enquiry to the collection, they have always been able to spend time with me answering my numerous questions about spec and possible solutions to maximise my riding enjoyment. I cant thank Erik, Sam, Simon and Martin enough for all theyve done to get this build through way before Treks quoted build dates. I would whole heartedly recommend Richardsons to anyone looking to either get their bike looked at or to purchase a new one. Thanks again guys and I cant wait to get out and ride now.
