I was highly impressed with service of the company and the quality of the bike and electrics. My bike mechanic who converts and services Bromptons was also impressed with the electrics. A jolly good buy.

I bought a Santana3 for my wife, ordering and paying for it over the phone was great, Hatti was also very helpful. The bike looks great and goes up hills like a rocket, my wife loves it, we had one slight concern with the changing speed for assistance for different levels, I spoke to Andy and he kindly sent a reprogrammed controller for us to try which made a great bike perfect for us. A great bike with superb after sales which Id highly recommend.

Built my own ebike from a kit from Woosh 5 years ago, and it's been absolutely brilliant, gave me back my love of cycling after almost being forced to give up due to bad joints. The battery was starting to show its age, but a quick email to Woosh and a new battery was purchased, which arrived within 24 hours, and slotted straight into the old holder. Bike back to its former glory, and one very happy rider here!

Bit of a mixed experience with Wooshbikes in getting an ebike conversion kit on the cycle to work scheme. Overall, Woosh bikes have been extremely helpful and communicative and put in a lot of effort to help make sure a kit is suitable for the bike and all the right components are chosen. I've been really impressed with the communication. However, despite providing all the information and photos requested, I was supplied with a kit with a rim width not suitable for the tyre clearance on the bike as well as no way of mounting the pedal sensor magnet ring to the chainring. This has left me having to design and make my own mounting solution and possibly having to buy a new rim and have this laced onto the motor hub. The kit supplied was excellent and easy to fit, although the instructions are extremely limited and I wouldn't recommend unless you're very comfortable with bike mechanics.

Purchased a Santana electric bike just over a year ago and it's been brilliant and still going strong. Highly recommend
