        Basically for the price you would expect a much warmer reception and soap in your shower. The owner was having late night parties and smoking in her part of the guest house which went into the communal areas. The owner is not friendly. The guests above us were having to deal with an unsuite swimming pool due to a leak. The owner is not available 24/7 during your stay. So if you have any issues you might have to sleep on the beach like previous guests. After having a deep dive into the reviews you can see what is fact and what is fiction. It's a big fib if you think your staying somewhere worthy of 4 stars. If your up for an anxious and slightly nervous stay then this will suit all your requirements.
