        Went to toni and guy after hearing great things, I went for consultation and was assured that their hair dye would hold onto my greys, so I agreed, spent 230.00 in there that day as I'd gotten some products too, which the bonding shampoo is useless, however after the 1st wash after having it dyed, the hair dye started to come out, I told them and 2 and a half weeks (ish) later I went and showed them, they said the top looks like normal regrowth, but agreed the greys were longer, which says not regrowth, it says washed out. No offer of money back, or even trying again for free, I only agreed to have it done because of their word. The only good thing about the whole experience was the staff were polite. I've now cancelled next appt, as I might aswell throw my money in the bin. Service: Hair coloring
