        First time visiting Salon 361 and I had the most wonderful time getting my hair done by Kay. She took her time and brought my frizzy dull and broken hair back to health and life and made me feel really special and valued. Thank you Kay and to the other staff for being so lovely. I rarely treat myself and am very much looking forward to coming back for a facial in a few weeks time. Service: Hairstyling

        My husband got me a groupon as a gift, not knowing I had been there before. I accept they didnt want to honour it. What I wont accept is the way I was spoken to. The person on the phone was abrupt and for some reason defensive. I would recommend a course in customer service and maybe just chill a bit. Its not that serious.
