Absolutely fantastic experience....went in for botox and lip filler.... ive never tried before...I have a very unusual allergie to a type of anesthetic...Heidi was very quick to pick up that having botox wouldn't be suitable for me due to this allergie but talked me through a whole range of other options i could have....i was still able to have the lip filler....she done a amazing job of talking me through what was going to happen, the amount she recommended for what i wanted, all the possible risks...double checked I was still happy to proceed...the actual procedure was super quick....she gave me brilliant aftercare advice and after 10 hours there isn't any bruising and only slight swelling nothing like what I was expecting from the horror stories on ticktock lol!! So if you are worried like and been going through 100s of reviews like i did....I highly recommend Heidi.....professional experience from start to finish!
