I cannot rate Will highly enough! I had a home bleaching accident with my hair and half of my hair broke off. I booked in with Will and admitted my faux pas...Will was absolutely fantastic, not only did he make me feel better about my misdemeanor, but he also saved my remaining hair and I came away with a fantastic haircut and my confidence restored. Very impressed and happy with the service from this salon. I needed my hair dyed brown for a friends wedding tomorrow and my appointment at the Southend salon got cancelled. I received a phone call asking if I wanted to reschedule and to my surprise they could fit me in today with Alice. I was so relieved as I needed my hair dyed urgently. I ended up being late to my appointment due to traffic and apologised but Alice said it was completely fine. She is a true angel and did an excellent job on my hair, Im so happy with it! I used Taylors for the first time today with Lily and she was amazing! Not only did she do exactly what I wanted even though I was bad at explaining it, she curled it to perfection at the end. She explained everything as she was doing it, and was really considerate of my allergies too which was lovely. Everyone here was very friendly and smiley and I cant wait to come back!
