This branch is outstanding. I came to close my mother's bank account after she had passed away, they treated me so kindly. one lady even hugged me. It pays nothing to be kind. They are supportive and professional. I am so impressed with the service I received. Thank you so much natwest (southend branch)

How can this bank get any worse. Tried to pay a credit card with cash and was told that they do not have any human cashier tills anymore and you have to use a machine!! Was told that the machine does not give change and I will have to go and get the correct money! I thought that this was a bank!! What has ever happened to good old customer services!!

Absolutely worst bank ever useless service , every excuse in the world not to be able to do anything shut the branch and sack the staff seriously

Unbelievably bad service, one officious lady trying to triage a a group of patient customers. I was with my mother in law who is infirm, we were told we had to wait 1 1/2 hours! This after my mother in law was here the day before and told she had to come back again today. I asked if we could make an appointment but told they dont appointments. Now told to come back again tomorrow! What a joke!
