        Has been a good bank for many years but be aware this branch on Leigh Broadway is CLOSING this month SEPTEMBER 2022 in case anyone isn't aware.

        Was a great local branch, now mostly automated the staff that are in attendance seem mostly to be milling about, and with only one counter open they would be better employed actually serving their customers rather than aimlessly floating around. Despite all this the branch is due to close leaving me and many other with a 4 or 5 mile journey to the next nearest branch. I am aware that I can do internet and telephone banking but this doesn't help when dealing with cash transactions.

        Apart from Shaun , rest of staff are rude & unhelpful, always only one counter open , always people standing around seemingly trying. to interact with public there time would be better served serving.

        The staff are very helpful and cheerful in the difficult circumstances we are experiencing. Julie helped me today to use the paying in machine, there was a problem but it was sorted out very professionally. Well done.
