        Met with Mike today when he came to see my Mum at the care home where she lives. My Mum is 93 years old, is very deaf and also has trouble with the build up of wax in her ears, which makes matters even worse. Our whole experience with Mike was exceptionally good. He is very kind and professional and I felt totally confident that he knew what he was doing at every point of the procedure. Highly recommended.
