Southend Audi

My A1 had its second service at Southend Audi and again all went like clockwork, lovely customer service, lots of updates, swift check in and out, everything attended to, loved the video of the mechanics talking me through the checks! Because I lease I don't get a pick up and drop off but that's the leasing company's fault not Audi's - very happy.

If your looking for a high level of service befitting of a brand like Audi your going to be disappointed if you bring your car to Southend Audi for maintenance. Such a shame that service levels have dropped so much in one year, this coupled with the fact complaints are not followed up or investigated by the after sales management, I will not be recommending or be returning with my business any more.

They gave me and excellent service but they did say to me they would give the car a complementary car wash and clean but that didn't happen. The staff that I dealt with was very good Arron really looked after me and kept me up to date top guy there but all staff there seem really helpful

We recently bought our car from Simon Thornton and found him to be exceptionally knowledgable, professional and personable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and then helped us explore and find the perfect car for our circumstances. He was thorough and timely and made the experience pleasant - especially since we wanted a quick turnaround on the car and it was at another branch. Wed have no hesitation in purchasing from Audi again, and in particular Simon.
