Excellent service and patient care from the initial call to the paramedics coming out. We had been given a 22hr wait for an ambulance which was not acceptable for my neighbour of 84 years young who had a suspected fractured hip and whos health was slowly deteriorating. They got to us as soon as they could after dealing with another call, we had to wait but certainly not 22hrs that could of turned critical. A huge thank you to the team, I cant recommend this company and David the paramedic and Paul the driver, thank you.
