    This Wednesday we were following a van that had a serious crash and 2 occupants trapped. My wife called 999 while I tried to help get them out. She was still on the phone when after about 2 minutes the 1st ambulance arrived followed by another a minute later. Absolutely amazing response times. Thank you. Thankfully both were OK although 1 with suspected broken hip.

    We appreciate you guys are doing a great and important job but why do the drivers drive constantly with their sirens on when there is no traffic in front of them , the local residents are plagued by noise pollution and really had enough , please stop it
