I thoroughly recommend this service. I am a very anxious person and I found the driver and the whole service to be faultless. I was able to travel in my power chair which made my experience at the hospital much more pleasant. Thank you very much!

The ambulance arrived over 25 mins late! Neither myself or the care home where my father was to be collected from were informed. When I called to complain of not being informed, Fatima explained to me that it wasnt her fault and that I should give time for traffic. I explained my dad with bone cancer and dementia had been ready and waiting for a long time and was becoming the increasingly confused and agitated. When the ambulance finally arrived we placed my dad inside. Understandably I was upset and asked Fatima to put me through to the manager whose name was Sammy. I told him that the ambulance had come late and that I wasnt happy. He then began to tell me that his workers would not be doing the job and to to take my dad off and out the ambulance!!! Having paid the invoice in full 2 days prior I was flabbergasted. I was already stressed about moving my dad from care home to nursing home, you have arrived late and now Sammy was threading to have my dad removed from the ambulance! I was absolutely mortified! I swallowed my pride, apologised to him and the driver for them being late all while trying to console my father. I was almost in tears! Once on route, the drive resembled that of a horse back ride, speeding up approaching speed bumps and stoping abruptly at traffic lights. Its a wonder we didnt fly out the back! IF YOU VALUE YOUR ELDERLY/ DISABLED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Friendly helpful and essential specialist transport service for disabled people and medical out-patients. The staff are always extremely helpful and the vehicles and drivers are very well equipped and trained. Definitely key transport for patient care.
