They refused to see me because I was a paraplegic even though I explained to them that I'm in training for the Paralympics and that I'm a very able bodied person able to get up and down stairs myself and have lived independently for 5 years. She was still adamant that I won't be able to get into the building even though I said my friend will help me in by giving me a piggy back or finding another way, completely disgusted how disrespectful she was towards me just because I'm in a wheelchair, Will never ever recommend this to anyone. When I ring up for a service I don't expect to be turned away because off i'm in a wheelchair, I will be taking this further as this is discriminating against people in wheelchairs.
