        Used them for several years now and couldn't be happier. Friendly and very helpful when I didn't understand certain things.

        Used them for 2016/17 taxes and they were great. This year - total nightmare. Got frustrated with me asking questions about something I didn't understand and withdrew their services right before self assessment deadline knowing I wouldn't have enough time to find another accountant. Why did they do this? I suspect because I queried why their fee had more than doubled from the previous year with no warning. I cannot in all good faith recommend their services.
