        I went in to get my septum pierced today, the people were amazing. Mo on the front desk was very fast and friendly at getting everyone booked in for their appointments, even when it was very busy. My piercer, Sophia was incredible, she took great care of explaining the whole procedure to me, and was very understanding of my anxiety around the piercing. Afterwards I was a little shake and so they let me have a lie down and got me some water and sweets, as I was feeling quite shaken up from the whole thing. Overall an incredible experience, a truly amazing team! Thankyou so much
