Worst experience i have waited a whole month and had no sofas ! No one is communicating with me and every time i call customer service they say the sofa is in the same location. They do not even want to compensate me for the delay. This is ridiculous for such a big company to be delaying like this.

I paid 1400 for a sofa bed. They damaged the sofa during the delivery. The frame or main structure was broken. The delivery guys said that we will be contacted in 72 hours. But nobody called. I sent many emails to them. They always promised something but never kept their word. They said they will come or call back but did not show up. I had to chase them all the time. Finally, service came to fix it. But all they did was screw a piece of wood to the broken frame. Now, the sofa is squeaking. But according to them, the sofa is stronger than before because they used a very strong piece of wood. They refuse to refund. All they offer is a 100 Amazon gift card. They said that the sofa has 15 years of warranty and if something happens they would fix it. Come on, it took more than 6 months to come to this point, where we could not find a solution, for a brand-new sofa. I cannot imagine how they will behave a couple of years later. As a summary, customer service is awful. When it comes to the sofa, it has been 6 months but all cushions are already turned into a mushy sponge. It is squeaking. I also saw how tiny the main structure was. Expensive but very low-quality product with bad customer service. I do not recommend anybody.

I have never received such abhorrent customer service. Unless you like receiving false promises, poor quality furniture, temporary sofas (which is different from the one you ordered) with no apologies or refund in sight for two years and three months, stay far far away. Youre better off getting furniture from a skip.

Very good place for sofas, nice variety, good competitive prices and very easy options to buy. The delivery time is the only thing that is a bit long, 10 to 11 weeks, but all good things happen when you wait.
