ALB Lofts

Where do I start. Firstly, the builders are all nice and friendly enough but I didn't pay all that money for friendly builders only. The quality of some of the materials used was cheap/poor in my opinion. I was charged an extortionate amount just to do a bit of extra work. The job was delayed by 3 weeks and worst thing is that the manager/owner Mr Saba does not like to pick up his phone or respond to text messages until two or more days later. He says all the right things but doesn't deliver. I really trusted him but cannot recommend ALB lofts. I wish I went with another company. Thank you

AVOID this company. The starting of my loft conversion was fine however half way through I would say things were delayed and that is where the service level just dropped. I obviously complained to Saba who owns the company but doesn't do any of the building work. Towards the end of the project and many months after, he won't respond to my calls or messages. I really wasn't expecting this as I heard that they were a good company but now I know I will never use them again. My windows have black mould, there are gaps appearing on my door frame. In one response I was told that it will sort itself out, it's all due to the weather. He always seems to have an answer for anything you ask. STAY AWAY is my advice!
