        My membership has randomly been cancelled even though Ive just joined and paid for this month (21st April). No email or nothing. Ive sent 2 emails and messaged on Twitter but havent had a response. Its Impossible to get in contact with a human - everything is automated. Sort it out.

        Pretty average, feels like a scaled up hotel gym. Normal for a PureGym and not quite sure why this one is more highly rated than the others.

        Not impressed at all. Went to view the gym twice to see what equipment is like before joining. No staff on any days available despite going there twice (22/04/2023 @ 16:00 and 23/04/2023 @ 13:00), each time waiting for over half an hour. If I can't view the gym, then why would I want to join the gym? It's a shame as there are loads of pure gyms all over!

        Free parking and a good amount of different equipment. The down side is that it can get very busy and for the price I wish they could find a bigger place....
