        The only advice I can give is avoid at all costs! Paperwork is not kept up to date and accurate, care plans are not updated with changes that arise and its extremely institutionalised there. The majority of the staff are agency and there is no consistency with training or with following up concerns raised by family members. If you want your loved one to be at risk and to not receive medication for infections until a week later then by all means trust this service to provide person centred care.
