With the employees of Fortuna Mobility I found a level of compassion, reliability and friendliness that is rarely ever seen with businesses nowadays. I first had a phone consultation with a gentleman called Shah and he took me through the entire process; from booking the initial appointment to first assessment visit straight through to the final delivery of the Careflex Hydrotilt chair that I eventually ordered. At the price it's somewhat of an investment so I was glad to see that the process is tailored and personalised to the users needs. As well as Shah I met his colleague Kevin at assessment and both also reattended at delivery which was reassuring. They demonstrated a high level of knowledge of the products and were sensitive to my dad's needs and were extremely patient and friendly throughout the entire process, both in person and over the phone. They were also prompt and always arrived within the specified time window. I very rarely write reviews but I think good, efficient, kind customer care should be praised and recognised. I am grateful and satisfied because they made what could have been a difficult and stressful purchase and transition a lot easier for me and my elderly father.

Just at a time when you need sound advice to help you manage a change in your circumstances, Fortuna Mobility steps up! Cannot fault their patience, professionalism and kindness. We had a ramp fitted to help allow my newly wheelchair bound husband to get out. The ramp needed some adjustmentsall carried out promptly. Highly recommended. Thank you Sean!

I have been a customer of Fortuna for over 10 years and during that time have spent over 5000 on various items. My mother recently passed away in hospital four days after receiving delivery of an electrically operated bed and I contacted them by phone to see what my options were for returning it. They told me it would not be possible so I decided to visit the store and speak to someone in person. I was told they had to speak to the manager and would get back to me. I have been waiting six weeks and nobody has contacted me. I would have hoped for better customer care at such a sad and stressful time.

Well, this place saved me over 3k in a rise and recliner and I got 2 motors. You don't need to go nowhere else for your mobility care. Good advice from Shar and they really saw to my dad's needs swiftly. Don't bother with Willow, Oak and all the rest, as your getting the same chair and the Warranty here is also longer. This place is the best.

My wife is a doctors receptionist wit spins bifilar ,she uses a rollator to get around at work . Whilst at at work it collapsed , we took it into fortunate to see if it could be repair but due to its age shah was so helpful polite and with his help we come to the conclusion that a new one would be cheaper .and with his help we found the perfect one. Thank you to you all at fortuna
