Was early for appointment but was OK. Good manager was helpfull. Good price for 2x Bridgestone tyres. Great price for 2 Goodyear tyres. Jay the manager was helpful 5 *star

Anthony and the team there were a delight fitting my 4 tyres to my 1 series. They were polite, attentive and an all round great set of people. Its rare to find friendly customer service these days but as shown by the gents to me on Saturday, its still possible! Will definitely return here in future and recommend others to come here. For info, this isnt my local branch but I travelled here based on the reviews and it was a decision well made.

NEVER USE FORMULA ONE AUTOCENTRES Woodford and Enfield UPDATE AFTER 2 YEARS OF WAITING FOR OMBUDSMAN TO FINISH THEIR INVESTIGATIONS THEY FOUND FORMULA ONE AUTOCENTRES TO BE AT FAULT TO WHICH A REFUND OF THE FULL AMOUNT HAD TO BE MADE. FUNNY BECAUSE TO BEGIN WITH I ONLY ASKED FOR A FRACTION OF THE MONEY BACK. Formula One Autocentres I have been conned into purchasing brake pads and brake discs after having my MOT I was told they were advisory then to be told they are metal to metal and its dangerous so as a single mother of one I was scared so immediately said yes I always ask for my parts back so asked before the work was authorised then to be told when I arrived that one of my brake pads were thrown away. (how convenient) After a few days and a few emails back and forth I was contacted by Mel their regional manager who in the end gave me a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. I then contacted them as my brakes continued to squeak and have been since I had them done at first I assumed it was because they were new I contacted formula one Autocentres back to let the now everytime I brake they squeak loud and the brake discs are rusting over night when its rains. They told me to come in as soon as possible I went in first thing in the morning which was 8:30. The mechanic told me they are brand new nothing wrong with them with out checking. I told him again they are sqeaking and rusting he said thats perfectly normal the speaking would stop in a month so. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. A month later still squeaking if not worse I contacted them Mel (Regional manager) stated that when I went in to check my brakes they cleaned greased and checked my brakes and found no squeak which is a LIE, they did not touch my car I asked them to check their cctv which they refused to do my car camera was also disconnected when up on the ramp. They then asked me to check my brakes at a 3rd party garage to which I booked in at halford where they stated there was a severe squeak and brake pads needed to be replaced (Bare in mind formula one Autocentres had put new brake pads on my car in January) I was asked to send over the report to formula one Autocentres were they would review and I was hoping they would pay for my brake pads as the one they had fitted were faulty I was told they would not as they already given me goodwill for my previous issue. I feel they have taken complete advantage of me as I am woman trust me their demeanour was completely different towards me when I went with out a man as I have done before. I am now having to go through the motor ombudsman. IN RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW BELOW LIES AGAIN I HAVE PROVIDED EVERYTHING EMAILS TO PROVE Service: Brake service & repair
