They wont allow us to transfer from other gyms and they imposed me and my partner to buy a Diamond membership only in order to continue from Enfield to Finchley, even if we dont need it. They dont provide other memberships.
And there is even worse than this, they dont apply our corporate discounts because they said they gym became super tier club!! Thats nonsense!!
Its also extremely difficult to find available classes and tennis courts.
Never go there !! You promote discrimination and you have to change your policies asap. People are not stupid.
