        I went there to buy my first BMW, Gary one of the sales managers was not flexible at all, he didn't even try to convince me to buy, however, I called another branch of BMW and in a few minutes I managed to get the deal which I was expecting. It was so disappointing to drive 15 miles there and face such a sales representative. Extremely do not recommend them

        I dont recommend this place if youre expecting professionalism. They never bothered to confirm/cancel/inform when the situation changes. You are expected to do all chases.

        The mini team were absolutely brilliant. I was greeted really nicely and amanda did a great job at helping me and another customer at the same time. Ellie was really lovely and made me feel so welcome.

        Best car buying experience Ive had. Ive bought cars from Mercedes, Redline, Marshall, Sytner & more. Big shout out to Paul (Brand Manager), Rocco & George who were very easy to deal with, very knowledgeable & accommodating. Would Defo be back as our other car is due to be changed by the end of the year.
