No one answering the phone or picking up messages, or answering emails. Yet they seem to still be posting on their twitter account?! Also being ignored on there. Disgraceful customer service - supposed to be for musicians too who are having great a very tough time of it at the moment! Even on furlough you could answer an email couldnt you?!

I was insured with Victor C Knight for 2 years and after moving insurance company, a request for my no claims certificate was ignored. I have called, emailed, left voicemails, even spoken to someone on the phone who assured me he would send it that day, but failed to. So unprofessional and are at risk of getting my new policy cancelled. Avoid.
