I had ear wax in my both ears and the right sides I couldn't hear about 5 months.i asked gp they didn't done anything so I have to look at around and I found it at online I booked with Mary she was really kind and checked my both ears right side was blocked and it was near my eardrum so I did use eorol drop for 5 days to softness it. She took the wax with suction and I didn't feel any pain and it was a bit discomfort with the noise but it's ok. I can feel I'm a new person know I can hear and I was so happy thank you so much Mary!..

I booked an appointment online for my son as he had lost hearing in his left ear. We could not get a doctor's appointment and this was a matter of urgency so I was very pleased when I found this local ear clinic online. Their price was very reasonable and there was a discount applied. The staff were very friendly and were able to resolve my son's hearing problem with microsuction to his complete satisfaction. The advice they gave for aftercare was really appreciated.

Procedure was extremely painful. The person carrying out kept hitting the sensitive walls of my ear. I was squirming around on the table and he would not stop. No after care either.

The Microsuction process is noisy but not painful. The treatment was a complete success. Excellent results so that I can now hear things that I havent heard for years. The cleaning should last at least two years; longer if you are careful not to get water in your ears as much as possible.
