Eric, Marian, Ricardo and the team did a fantastic job of converting our basement to create 2 extra bedrooms and a bathroom. The team were hard working and efficient and finished the conversion ahead of the completion date. Ricardo did an excellent job of the paperwork side of things ie planning permission, communications etc and the job was signed off with no problems at all. I would have no hesitation in recommending Basement Consultants Ltd if you are thinking about having your basement converted.

Basement Masters Ltd were employed to construct the basement for a new build project. They were very helpful and supportive from the start, not backing out of any tedious tasks they completed the job within the agreed time and to a very high standard. This firm only do basement conversions and this was a key selling point for me as they were specialists, had experience and had references (which I took up). I'm glad I went to this firm as the stress with a basement conversion is high anyway as you have nervous neighbours who are worried about the risk to their property, understandably! Having a firm that knew what they were doing, were reasonably priced and that had done many similar such conversions, gave me one less, big thing to worry about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm, they did a beautiful job for me. Service: Home addition construction

I had a basement completed by this company. This was a long and difficult process, however, Basement Masters showed their experience and knowledge in this area, and really help me navigate through the architectural and legal side of building a basement. This was a particularly difficult task given the house where the basement was being built is over 200 years old. This has many challenges, including dealing with party wall agreements and other legal and build issues. What made matters worse was the actual build element was due to commence when Covid lockdown started. A testimony to the Basement Masters team, even through the most challenging times they delivered. The basement that has been created is a great addition to our home, and it is built to a quality standard. I can't fault the team and the craftsmanship involved, they are committed and professional team who do things properly. Building basements is not easy, as much as there maybe cheaper providers, in my opinion you get what you pay for, and Basement Masters charge a fair price for what they deliver, as they bring all their skill and experience of constructing basements to a project, and I am confident they would do for future projects too. I would happily highly recommend them.
